1. I propose all U.S.A. real Estate Must be Returned to Native Americans.

2. Non Indians Born Here May Rent If Needed, But May Not Own Land.

3. I Propose the The United States be Charged and Prosecuted For Crimes Committed Against The Native Americans

High Treason,
Mispririon
Sedition,
Illicit Resource Harvesting,
Land Grabbing
Genocide,
War Crimes,
Crimes Against Humanity.
Aggressive Crimes*
Usurpation. and Retaining Stolen Property
Sexual Predation,
Slavery,
Child Abduction,

4. I Propose a Gradual Change of Government Staff to Native Americans and the Presidency and Vice Presidency Must be Only be Occupied

By Native American Indian People.

5. I Propose Lands West of the Mississippi, Must be Designated Wilderness, Not Zoned For any Future Buildings or Out Buildings.

6. I Propose all Land West of the Missisippi, Allow Only Vehicles, Trailers, RVs, Tents, Tee Pees and Tailgate Camping.
Ok Restoring Buildings of Historical Value, if Dilapidated Buildings.

7.  I Propose Natural Resources, Including Gems, Metals, Fossil Fuels, Wells, Springs and Other Bodies of Water, Be In the Charge of and

Handled By The New Native American Government, and not by Individuals,  or Businesses.

8. I Propose Burial Areas, including Cemetaries be Be In the Charge of and Handled By The New Native American Government; Not by

Individuals or Businesses

9. The Precious Stones and Metals Must be Largly Untouched Considering Future Generations.

10.  I Propose Adults Be Given The Right and Liberty and Freedom to Drink Alchohol; and Use  Smoking Herbs and Tobacco.
This Includes the Right to Careful Use of Marijuana, Peyote Cactus, Coca Plant, Mushrooms and Poppies for Adults.
Indigenous Herbalists, the Indigenous People Were not Against Intoxicating Plants or their Derivatives.
